Your jewellery is dispatched within 2 to 7 working days. Delivery is free for orders over £50.

Yes! Each order is delivered in a lovely Ebalia pouch. If you would like specific gift wrapping or a personalised note, please specify it when placing your order.

You have 15 days to change your mind (excluding custom-made models). The jewellery must be new and in its original packaging.

Absolutely! If you like a bracelet from the "Gourmandise" collection but prefer a different stone or another colour of sweet bead, that's possible. Just specify it in the form.

It's my role! Just tell me what you're looking for (e.g. more serenity, self-confidence, or a gift for a dynamic friend) and I will suggest a selection of natural stones suited to your needs (lithotherapy).

In accordance with the regulations on personalised products, these creations cannot be exchanged or refunded (except in the case of a manufacturing defect). That is why I always send you a photo of the finished jewellery before shipping to ensure that it is perfectly suitable for you.

Use a tape measure (or a piece of string that you can measure against a ruler) and measure your wrist without tightening. For a snug fit, add 1 cm. For a looser fit, add 2 cm.

Personalisation is not necessarily more expensive! The price mainly depends on the materials chosen (rarity of the stones, type of charms). During our conversation, I will always offer you a solution that fits your budget.

Once your project is approved and payment has been made, you should allow between 3 and 7 working days for the creation of your jewellery. This timeframe may vary slightly depending on the availability of certain specific stones.
